If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a convenient refund and return policy to ensure peace of mind.
5-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 5 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our Returns team at Support@ksdyw.store to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Packaging Items: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories you may have included.
Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the packaging.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that it has been received. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item you already own and, once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
