In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Out-of-stock or out-of-stock items may take longer to arrive. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.

Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Ksdyw uses trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship to all US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier's website.

Order Delays:

While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical issues. If your order is delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Please report damaged shipments within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy:

When placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Avant Grub is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
